      Mrs. Minnie Hardin Jordan of Florien, died Wednesday, October 12, 1983,at the Sabine Medical Center in Many, at 2:55 a.m. She was 94.

      Funeral services were held at the First Baptist Church of Florien, onThursday, October 13, at 2 p.m., with interment following in the FlorienCemetery. Bro. Mack Brister officiated. Arrangements were under thedirection of the Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

      She is survived by two sons, Claude Jordan, Many, and Yvon C. Jordan,Florien; one daughter, Verlyn Salter, Zwolle; six grandchildren; andeight great grandchildren.

      Pallbearers were Terry Jordan, Mark Jordan, ElRay Robertson, Ray Sumpter,W. C. Smith, and Mike Salter.
